Perhaps it is about an obstacle we are stuck on, a habit we want to break, a love that makes us feel lost, an embarrassing issue we don’t want to ask our friends or family, or a feeling we just can’t figure out. Perhaps we need relief in asking it or validation of how we are feeling. Regardless of your reasoning, I want to help.
